Started my Trucking career in 1978 running Alberta. Bought my first truck in 1979 and had to wait 5 months until my 21^st birthday to run the US. Sold my truck and drove an Armored Truck for Loomis Armored Car for several years. Then started my Law enforcement career. The last 7 years of my career were exclusively Commercial Vehicle Enforcement. I was a CVSA instructor, level 2 collision investigator, DG inspector and have conducted over a thousand level one CVSA inspections. Retired from enforcement. I continued to drive through my entire career part time and after 3 years with the Alberta Motor Transport Association Mark Taylor from Flying J Canada Transport approached me and I am now the Manager of Safety for Canada and our special products division, Hydrogen, and Natural Gas.  .
